Upon graduating from Sam Houston State University he started out in the banking industry only to find that his real passion was for serving people. He was encouraged to come into the reconstruction industry in 1991 starting out with Flagship Reconstruction where he quickly became the top sales representative and through hard work and self discipline managed to keep that title throughout his career. His commitment to serving the clients budget and time constraints with superbly effective communication skills allowed him to maintain professional relationships throughout the many years. Chip is known for his dedication to excellence and his attention to detail.
Began his building career soon after he graduated from the University of Texas is 1976. He joined Advance Builders Corp. and set out building custom homes in the Arlington area. Spaghetti Warehouse hired him as Director of Construction and Real Estate where he was responsible for site location planning and purchase, new building construction or remodeling of restaurants throughout the country. He has been in the multifamily reconstruction industry since 2000. He is a licensed real estate salesman and holds numerous building and remodeling awards.
Is one of the most skilled cost estimators in his field. He has a keen ability to see possible hidden costs that many of the insurance adjusters may have missed. He has extensive knowledge and training in the same software that the insurance adjusters use. Peter has been in the reconstruction industry since 1983 and has proved to be a tremendous advocate for the client and an asset to their bottom line.
is the office manager for Synergy Reconstruction and has an incredible working knowledge of the technical aspects of the industry having started her career in 1991.

has been in construction almost his entire career with a wide variety of skills and experience. He started out as a certified pressure vessel welder for Abco Boilers and then in 1976 moved on to PFC Management to lead apartment maintenance. Blackman Carpets took notice of him and hired him to manage their installation crews in 1979. His long stint of being a construction project manager began in 1984 with Burckhart Construction and then in 1988 Texas Construction needed his expertise to manage projects for them until 1998. He was pursued by Flagship Reconstruction in 1998 and worked for them until 2010. After a brief stint with Instar Services as a project manager he quickly joined back up with the old Flagship team which formed Synergy Reconstruction . Jerry is a pillar of the industry because of his vast knowledge, incredible attention to detail and the ability to get the job done with excellence and promptness.
Began his career in the Marine Corps which helped him develope a strong work ethic and understandingextreme deadlines. He has held a class B airconditioning refrigeration license since 1973. He worked in the multifamily housing industry for 15 years with PR BJ Management Corporation and then owned and operated an airconditioning refrigeration company for 12 years which once again served the commercial multifamily housing industry. Jimmy also worked at Flagship Reconstruction along with the partners of Synergy and they and quickly came on board at Synergy's inception. He is a valued and talented member of our team.
is the newest member of the Synergy team. He graduated from Tarleton State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He spent the first two years of his career with DR Horton . He them went to work as an assistant superintendent with Klapprodt Custom Pools . He has proven to be a treasured colleague.
As Vice President of Sales for Synergy Reconstruction, Mr. Reeves helps direct the sales growth for Multifamily and Commercial Restoration and Renovation construction projects.
Ronnie began his career in the Multifamily Industry in 1992 as a multifamily construction salesperson. After leading in project sales, he became Vice President of Sales and Operations for a multifamily construction company. He has handled millions of dollars of reconstruction and renovation projects throughout the country in the Multifamily marketplace. His experience in home building and several trades including electrical, concrete and irrigation have been beneficial in his project management duties.
Ronnie has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Systems Design) from the University of Texas at Arlington and spent several years in analyzing business needs for TXU and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) for computer automation. He holds a real estate salesperson license with the Texas Real Estate Commission and maintains his continuing understanding of the multifamily real estate market.
Ronnie has served as a director on the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas Products and Services Council.
